Shipping Policy

All Glen General orders are shipped from our workshop at 247 Dendy Street, Brighton East VIC 3187. We post Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays.

Processing time

Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times within Australia

Estimated delivery times after dispatch, via Australia Post and StarTrack:

  • Melbourne metro: 3–5 business days
  • Sydney, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart, Brisbane metro: 4–7 business days
  • Perth, Darwin and regional Australia: 6–10 business days

Across Australia, please allow 3–10 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs

  • Standard shipping: AUD $12.95 flat rate, Australia-wide.
  • Free standard shipping on orders of AUD $120 or more.
  • Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost, calculated by location.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is collected by the carrier. If you haven't received a tracking link within 2 business days of ordering, please email hello@glengeneral.com.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order doesn't arrive within 14 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll lodge an enquiry with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund.

International shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. We hope to expand to New Zealand in the near future.
