Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Where possible, we'll do our best to cancel or amend your order — but because we ship quickly, the window is short.

Cancelling an order

  • Within 1 hour of placing the order: we can usually cancel and refund in full, no questions asked. Email hello@glengeneral.com with your order number, or call +61 468 093 706.
  • Before dispatch (typically the same business day): we'll cancel and refund in full where the order has not yet been collected by the carrier.
  • After dispatch: we cannot cancel an order once it has been handed to the carrier. Please refuse delivery or follow our Refund & Returns Policy once it arrives.

Amending an order

Need to update your shipping address, swap a colour or change a quantity? Email or call us as soon as possible. We'll confirm whether the change is still possible and process any difference in cost or refund.

Cancellations by Glen General

Occasionally we may need to cancel an order ourselves — for example if an item is unexpectedly out of stock, if there's a pricing or description error on the website, or if we cannot verify the payment. In these cases we'll contact you straight away and refund any amount paid in full.

How refunds are processed

Cancellation refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 1–3 business days on our side. Depending on your bank, the funds may take a further 3–5 business days to appear.
